Slush Puppie Place

Slush Puppie Place is a 6,700 seat sports and entertainment venue located in downtown Kingston. It’s the home of the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).

Ground breaking took place July 28, 2006, and construction began November 3, 2006. Owned by the City of Kingston, this innovative facility is managed by ASM Global.

The arena has been known as the Rogers K-Rock Centre as well as the Leon’s Centre.

The Kingston Frontenacs played their first game at their new home on February 22, 2008. Don Cherry dropped the puck for the ceremonial face off prior to the game.

The arena offers space for 5,700 people and is the home to the Kingston Frontenacs OHL team, and 7x Canadian Venue of the Year winner.
