Peavey Mart Centrium (former Enmax Centrium) Red Deer

The Peavey Mart Centrium, completed in 1991, is a landmark of Central Alberta. This multi-use facility accommodates concerts, hockey, motorsports, ice shows, major curling events, boxing, rodeos, wrestling, trade shows, marching band competitions, and conventions, all of which find a comfortable fit.

In 2012, the Peavey Mart Centrium expansion added 13 extra luxury suites, a 40-seat club suite, and an additional 1,000 seats.

Recognizing the vast variety of events, seating configurations ranging from 2,000 to 7,819. Every show can have that “full house” atmosphere as floor-to-ceiling divider curtains mask off the unused portions of seating.

The Peavey Mart Centrium offers the most up-to-date lighting, communications, and audio/visual systems. During construction a great deal of emphasis was placed on acoustics, to produce high-quality concert-like sound at every event.

In 2015 the arena was improved with state-of-the-art spring-loaded rink boards with cast acrylic and soft rubber caps. The new rink boards are designed to enhance player safety and improve puck play.

Our arena meets National Hockey League standards and is the leader in efficiency and safety in the Western Hockey League.
